A construction system designed for affordable, high-quality housing that can be completed quickly, featuring barrier-free floor plans. Effective sound insulation and extensive electrical fittings come as standard, as well as underfloor heating and integrated ventilation systems. Our speciality — and also a guarantee of rapid construction — lies in the bathrooms, which we manufacture in our own facilities as fully finished units, including tiling, sanitary-ware and fixtures, and we deliver direct to the building site ready for installation.

Compact system solution
- The GOLDBECK system grid is based on multiples of 0.625 metres.
- The maximum grid width along the longitudinal axis of the building is 6.25 metres.
- The building depth can be extended within the grid as required.
- Grid areas can be flexibly combined to create compact building volumes.
- The basic typologies include standalone buildings, perimeter blocks, terraced houses and infill developments.
- Technical units, staircases, balconies and terraces follow a proven system standard.
- Renewable energy sources – especially photovoltaics – form an integral part of the building design.
